Answered respects the privacy of our opinion leaders

The privacy of each Contributor is important to us and we shall take care to safeguard it. Any and all information we receive from a Contributor, whether telephonically or by the Contributor completing a marketing survey (collectively referred to as the 'Info'), shall be dealt with and used by us on the following terms

1. We shall use generally accepted industry standards to protect the Info, both during transmission and when it is received by us. Each Contributor accepts, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is entirely secure. We shall ensure that the Info is accessed by our staff for business purposes only
2. By agreeing to contribute to our marketing surveys, and providing us with personal details (including his or her name and contact details), each Contributor consents to our contacting him or her, from time to time, and offering him or her the opportunity to complete a marketing survey. We shall alert the Contributor only to those marketing surveys we believe are relevant and appropriate to him or her. We shall, prior to requesting a Contributor to complete a marketing survey, state the purpose of such survey and how the Info provided for such survey will be used. At no time is the Contributor under any obligation to complete a survey. A Contributor is entitled, at any time, to opt-out of contributing to us and our market surveys by sending us an email to this effect
3. We shall be entitled to and the Contributor consents to our disclosing the Info, or part thereof, to
   1. our clients, for a fee or otherwise
   2. our business associates, marketers and advertisers, in the course of promoting the services we provide,
   provided the Info is disclosed in an aggregated, non-attributable manner such that neither the party to whom the Info is disclosed nor any third party is able to identify and/or contact an individual Contributor. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, we shall be entitled to make whatever disclosures in respect of the Info we are obliged by any statute, regulation or the like to make.
4. Unless he or she consents thereto, a Contributor shall not be contacted by and/or receive any communication from a third party as a result of the Contributor providing any Info to us
5. This privacy policy applies only to the website on which it appears and in respect of marketing surveys presented to a Contributor by us. A Contributor using a link to another website that may appear on the website on which this privacy policy appears, does so at his or her own risk and without any guarantee, representation or the like by us
6. This privacy policy contains the entire privacy agreement between each Contributor and us. We may, from time to time, amend our privacy policy. In this event, we shall post the changes on this page and inform each Contributor thereof by email. Each contributor will be given a chance to advise us whether they wish to continue being a Contributor on the basis of the amended privacy policy; Please do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to discuss any issues regarding our privacy policy.
